Directions for driving:

Leaving from the airport concourse you initially follow signs to Toulouse, it quickly merges with a main route. After around 800m you will need to turn off to the right – you will always be looking for and following signs to ALBI via the motorway route the A68 (NOT the RN88). The motorway system is quite complex around Toulouse but keep below 90 Km ( it is radar controlled) and you will have time to get in the right lanes for ALBI.

Once you have left Toulouse after3-4 Km their is a motorway toll around €2. You follow the A68 for 35+ Km until you reach the turn off for Gaillac. Leave the motorway and follow the signs into Gaillac. After 2+Km you will come to a roundabout with a supermarket alongside on your right. Turn right go past the shopping complex and keep on for about 800m. You come to another small roundabout – you can turn right go into Gaillac and follow the signs to Cordes.

The quicker way is to go straight across, follow the road round for about 200m and you come to a 3 way junction – turn right go another 300m till you come to another roundabout (the railway station is then up the road to your left) and turn right, go down 150m and you come to another roundabout – turn left. Go up the street for 300m and go across the level crossing and you hit another roundabout turn right signpost Cordes.

Now keep on this road, always following the signs to Cordes – about 25+Km. The road ends 1km from Cordes when you join the road from Albi at a T junction – turn left go 1km to Cordes, bear slightly left at the junction in the middle of the shops and go 1km and you will reach Les Cabannes. Just as you reach the end of the village there is a right hand turn, take it, go 150m and the Mill is on your right.
